At CustomRally, each product is made to order just for you, which makes every piece unique. We value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
 
📦 Do You Accept Returns?
Since all our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:
•Damaged
•Defective
•Incorrect (wrong size, design, or item)
Please double-check your order details (size, color, personalization, etc.) before checking out.
 
🚨 What If My Item Is Damaged or Incorrect?
No worries! If you receive an item that is:
•💥 Misprinted
•🧵 Torn or damaged
•❌ Not what you ordered
Just send us an email at support@customrally.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
1Your order number
2A brief description of the issue
3Clear photos of the item showing the problem
We’ll be happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate – 100% free of charge.
 
💡 Cancellations & Changes
•Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
•After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.
Please contact us ASAP if you notice an issue right after placing your order.
 
❓ Other Notes
•We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection, address errors, or buyer’s remorse.
•Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
